Kort version: Famvy är ett verktyg för att samla familjens ekonomi och vardag. Din data är din, siffrorna du lägger in är ditt ansvar, kalkylerna är vägledning och inte rådgivning — och du kan avsluta när du vill. Vi skriver villkor som går att läsa.
Famvy är en app och webbtjänst där du och ditt hushåll samlar ekonomi, avtal, rutiner och sparmål. Tjänsten tillhandahålls av Åke Kristoffer Nilsson (enskild näringsidkare, Sverige), nedan "vi".
Datan du lägger in är din. Hur den behandlas beskrivs i vår integritetspolicy. Du kan exportera din data när som helst, och radera kontot med all molndata direkt inne i appen.
Famvys kalkyler — lån, bolån, sparande, prognoser — är pedagogiska verktyg som räknar på de siffror du själv anger. De är vägledning, inte finansiell, juridisk eller skattemässig rådgivning. Beslut om din ekonomi fattar du själv; kontakta en licensierad rådgivare vid viktiga beslut.
Famvys grundfunktioner är gratis. Vissa funktioner kan ingå i en betald nivå (Famvy Plus). Aktuella priser visas alltid i appen eller på App Store innan du betalar något. Köp via App Store hanteras och faktureras av Apple enligt deras villkor, inklusive deras regler för förnyelse och återbetalning.
Vi bygger Famvy med omsorg och siktar på hög tillgänglighet, men kan inte garantera att tjänsten alltid är fri från avbrott eller fel. Famvy är byggt "local first" — appen fungerar även när molnet inte gör det.
Tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi ansvarar inte för indirekta skador eller för beslut du fattar baserat på appens beräkningar. Inget i dessa villkor begränsar rättigheter du har enligt tvingande konsumentlagstiftning.
Du kan sluta använda Famvy och radera ditt konto när som helst, direkt i appen. Vi kan stänga av konton som används i strid med dessa villkor eller för att skada tjänsten eller andra användare.
Vi kan uppdatera dessa villkor. Vid väsentliga ändringar informerar vi i appen eller via mejl innan de börjar gälla. Datumet överst visar alltid senaste versionen.
Svensk lag gäller. Tvister prövas av svensk domstol, med de rättigheter till tvistlösning (t.ex. ARN) som konsumentlagstiftningen ger dig.

Short version: Famvy is a tool for gathering your family's finances and everyday life. Your data is yours, the numbers you enter are your responsibility, the calculators are guidance and not advice — and you can leave whenever you want. We write terms you can actually read.
1. The service. Famvy is an app and web service where you and your household gather finances, agreements, routines and savings goals. It is provided by Åke Kristoffer Nilsson (sole trader, Sweden), "we".
2. Account and responsibility. Famvy requires an account and an active subscription; your figures are still stored on your device. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens through the account. If you invite someone to your household, they see the household's data according to the role you choose — only invite people you trust. You must be at least 16, or have a guardian's consent.
3. Your data. The data you enter is yours. How it is processed is described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time and delete your account with all cloud data directly in the app.
4. Not financial advice. Famvy's calculators — loans, mortgages, savings, forecasts — are educational tools working on the numbers you provide. They are guidance, not financial, legal or tax advice. Decisions about your finances are your own; consult a licensed adviser for important decisions.
5. Prices and payment. Famvy's core features are free. Some features may be part of a paid tier (Famvy Plus). Current prices are always shown in the app or on the App Store before you pay anything. App Store purchases are handled and billed by Apple under their terms, including their renewal and refund rules.
6. Availability. We build Famvy with care and aim for high availability, but cannot guarantee the service is always free from interruptions or errors. Famvy is built local first — the app works even when the cloud does not.
7. Limitation of liability. The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the app's calculations. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Ending. You can stop using Famvy and delete your account at any time, directly in the app. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms or to harm the service or other users.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. The date above always shows the latest version.
10. Governing law. Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts, with the dispute-resolution rights consumer law gives you.
